With over 30 classes featuring 14 different types of exercise, our classes offer a broad range of exercise:

Pole Fitness

A fast growing fitness trend and a fun way to 'shape up', this class will leave the participant with a tremendous feeling of empowerment. Learn how to spin, twirl and pirouette round a pole - together with climbing and inverting (going upside down). Give it a go and I guarantee you won't be disappointed and may even be 'hooked' like the rest of us !   [Timetable]

PowerHour

A high energy fat burning class with some great pumping tunes - guaranteed to produce fantastic body changing results! These simple, easy to follow high energy routines mean you don't spend half the class trying to learn complicated moves... You can just 'GIVE IT YOUR ALL' right from the start and begin to get the body you deserve! These segments are 'sandwiched' between toning sections, using weights as kettle bell type exercises (banish those floppy arms forever) so come along and sweat with me...   [Timetable]

Zumba

Often described as the most fun you can have in an exercise class! Get your freak on and join us as we salsa, merengue and flamenco away to the hottest Latin sounds. Easy to follow, fun choreography suitable for most levels of fitness - our motto is 'just wiggle those hips and SMILE'   [Timetable]

Choreographed Step

A good level of co-ordination is needed during this class - the step routines are broken down into easy to follow sections and then strung together to make complete fairly complex chunks. It is not suitable for newbie steppers but for those lovers of step it's a must...   [Timetable]

Sweat and Step

It's all in the name! A simple step class with very easy to follow choreography will see you raise your heart rate, burn off body fat and simply SWEAT Step along to a great pumping beat... Get those feet moving!   [Timetable]

Fat Burning Circuit

Do you 'quite like the gym' but lack the motivation to 'go it alone'? Or maybe you feel a little intimidated by those 'muscle men', perhaps you are a little unsure about using some of the complicated looking equipment ? Well then this is just for you - this class combines some of the cardio gym equipment with weights and conditioning exercises, supervised and motivated by the teacher, able to modify if necessary. A great class which is suitable for EVERYONE all levels of ability.   [Timetable]

Wake Up Workout

A great way to start the day! This class uses a combination of cardio equipment conditioning exercises, weights and even the power plate to give your body a top to toe workout. Simple repetitive moves requiring little or no co-ordination plus easy to follow instructions make this class suitable for everyone - even if you have any injuries (bad back, knee, neck etc). It's easy to give a substitute move and even give alternatives that will be beneficial specific to you - it's like having your own personal trainer!   [Timetable]

Pilates

Don't let the cool relaxing music fool you... Pilates may be slow but it's also controlled - focus always on your core and general posture whilst you engage the rest of your body in 'all over' conditioning exercises - ideal for the participant with a bad back or neck as we seek to re align your body and strengthen your core thus taking the pressure away from your back or neck - this is nicely topped off with a little roll around on a prickle stimulating massage ball my clients tell me that this class is a great way to de-stress.   [Timetable]

CardioCombat

A very popular class giving phenomenal results - not for the faint hearted! This is based on the Australian body combat classes and uses a mix of martial art and boxing moves - all choreographed to uplifting loud popular music! It's an athletic routine that caters to able-bodied men and women of all fitness levels. There's nothing stopping you from having your best body and feeling like a champion...
