Pole Twerkshop at the Body Workshop in Lewes
Do you want to learn how to twerk?
Well this is a workshop for you!
You'll be learning basic Twerk techniques you can use on and off the pole to slow and sexy sounds of Afro-beat. This workshop is beginner friendly and no prior pole or Twerk experience is required. Led by Nozuko, these classes promise to leave you feeling confident and sexy whilst getting a great workout.
A safe space where you can celebrate your body and who you are.
The class will begin with a warm up to help improve your stamina and flexibility. A breakdown of each Twerk technique, choreography, affirmations and a cool down.
Nozuko is a Twerk instructor, who draws on the rich and diverse dance traditions from Southern Africa.
Her speciality is in South African style (Amapiano) and Gqom, however the classes include genres such as Afro-beat, Hip hop, Dance hall and Sensual Twerk.
