Perfect Squats
Bar Position - not on neck but just below traps (T3, T4 approx)
Feet equidistant, outside shoulder width, at 30 degree angle.
Slow movement down Back straight, use hips and legs - come back to neutral (don’t use back)
Inhale on way down, exhale to come back up
